Creating a strategy and communication of a residential quarter brand .

Realization

Mix-strategy of the brand communication is based on a deep understanding of the competing objects in the line of sight. Due to consideration of the difficulty and highly competitive segment for the brand we managed to create a number of unique and tectonic attributes that allowed a liberal consumer to look at it with a new, more favorable point of view.

Feature

Some neighbor complexes were trying to repeat the introduction in their facilities the communication elements of Boulevard, but at this stage, literally and figuratively, it is evident a very comical miniature of the consequences of such actions.
