Task

Branding and positioning of business-class house in the capital's historic center.

Realization

Development and implementation of positioning of an expat oriented house. A communication niche was found, allowing to increase the degree of confidence in the project — "truly German House". This formulation is supported by pseudo-authentic identity with elements of modern. A soul has been "attached" to the house. An infrastructure of internal philosophy and way of life is created, which can be defined as "the house with the nordic character".

Feature

A group of architects and practically all participants in the process is really endowed with nordic character. Genotype is copied by authorized specialists ;)
