Creating positioning and brand of the residential quarter. Integrated management of communication.

Realization

Elitist concept, built in the brand communication since launching, allowed a quarter to create an isolated niche in the Kiev real estate and to take a leading place in it. The brand was among the first on the Ukraine development market that has received a full and comprehensive branding, with a full set of attributes and their distribution over the term of the brand existence.

Feature

Even at the stage of brand launch an immodest concept of permitted luxury was formulated, a complete installation of which took more than two years.
